[ She kicks her heels off once the door's shut, curling her legs under herself and leaning in to check out the menu as they pull up. ]

Yeeesssss, curly fries.

Can't you people just leave well enough alone?

[Regular french fries are just fine, thank you very much.]

Don't tell me you hate curly fries?

[ She wrinkles her nose at him, leaning across him to yell into the drive-thru window. One large order of curly fries, and one large order of regular fries for the old man. ]

They're unnecessary.

[He sniffs at her again as she leans over, concentrating mostly on her hair.]

Like your shampoo.

First of all, shampoo is not unnecessary.

[ She straightens, settling back down beside him and digging into her purse for some cash. ]

Second of all, quit smelling me so much.

I like it.

[He fishes enough cash out of his pocket and hands it to the drive-in kid, who nearly drops their order at the sight of Victor's claws.]

Stop doing that. [That's to Lois as he hands her the bag.] And you don't want to be smelled pick someone else to bother.

You like my shampoo or you like smelling me? Or you like that shampoo is unnecessary? Which it's not?

[ She snickers at the kid's reaction, grabbing the bag of fries and immediately digging in. ]

M'not bothering you. [ Said with a mouthful of fries. ] You're having fun. Admit it.

[He drives them back toward Lois was picked up.]

Fun is subjective. You've been having fun. I've been babysitting a drunken Frail.

[ She lets out a laugh, offering a handful of his fries as he drives. ]

I think that's the first compliment you've indirectly given me.

[ She pouts at his next words, holding his fries out of reach. ]

Hey! I won, fair and square.

In all fairness, I like smelling most women.

[He just rolls his eyes when she takes his fries away.]

You want me to dump you out right here?

C'mon, Creed. If you're gonna go around smelling a woman, might as well make her feel special about it.

[ She munches on her own fries, smirking over at him and offering him the bag. ]

You really are a grouch.

[oldmancreed]

Now why would I do a thing like that?

[He takes the bag and stuffs his mouth full, nodding at her last comment. He's hungrier than he thought.]

'Cause it just might getcha somewhere with the ladies, Grouchy.

[ She shoots him a wink, burying her hand in the bag and claiming a fistful of fries. ]

[He half laughs at that, not much caring about his snack.]

Don't need the help. Trust me.

[ She grins his laugh, munching on her fries a moment when something dawns on her. ]

Wait, your healing factor... Does it like... do stuff.... in bed, too?

[oldmancreed]

[He gives her a look.]

We are not discussing my sex life.

[loistheintrepid]

Why not? You can ask about mine, if you want.

[ She finishes up a few more fries before handing the bag back to him. ]

[And deep down inside, Victor is a very private man.]

[ Another eyeroll. ]

Alright, fine, we won't talk about it.

[ Except now it's all she keeps wondering about. What has he done. ]

It just seems like that could totally work in your favor, biologically.

[He cuts the engine and waits for her to get out.]

[ She shoots him a grin, gathering her things. ]

Alright, I'll go. As soon as you admit you had kind of a fun time tonight.

I'm not admitting anything of the sort.

[ She purses her lips, stifling a grin and planting herself firmly in her seat. ]

You didn't totally hate hanging out with me, though.

Like I told you, I'm in a good mood. Besides, you go out drinking like you did alone and get hurt the big guy'll be all upset and that ain't good for no one.

[ She rolls her eyes, leaning an arm against the back of the chair and shrugging. ]
